They put a better shine on my truck than others I will not say, for have the price monthly. I do wish the attendants who brush the front and back of the truck would put more effort in just one simple wipe that doesn’t cover the full front, back and windows. They look as I causing the an inconvenience to come and out. It’s really not necessary as the wash is Great. As a customer I would prefer a friendly face ready to help. No disrespect to the staff as many has been great and I give yall. 5 STARS !!!!!!!

10:00 am 7/3/26 I drive 45 minutes to come to this car wash, but today’s experience makes me question if it’s worth the trip anymore. The service has become very sloppy. I sat in the full-service lane for 10 minutes being ignored by three staff members while I waited to be parked. I had to get out of my vehicle and track someone down just to get them to move the cone. Even basic amenities like coffee were unavailable at 10 AM. I’ve always loved the work they do, but the customer service has significantly declined. I hope they get it together, otherwise, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

I was helped by the Manager Larry last time I visited. I was told that if I left a review I could vacuum and clean the interior of my car without hassle. I have a severe crack in my windshield that was “inspected” by Larry himself, and was deemed too dangerous to go through the car wash. TODAY I came by for a quick vacuum cleaning, but was stopped by Larry and told I can’t be there unless I was paying. When I reminded him I left the review and he can clearly see my windshield is yet to be fixed I was told “Well you can leave another one” I guess he was wrong about that. I just felt pretty betrayed because I would use the car wash if I were able to. I don’t plan on going by when my window is fixed.

Let me preface this review with the fact that I had been using this wash for a while for a few vehicles. My first few experiences were just fine. Workers were accommodating and while the wash is expensive it wasn't bad. A couple of days ago I ran into something that for sure will make sure I NEVER go back again. Obviously stated is that car washes usually remove liability for any broken items like antennas wipers/ mirrors so I understand that things can happens. However what I've always noticed the staff will do is they will tape your rear wiper arm down to the back windshield in order to prevent it from being damaged or broken. Every other wash I've had this is done promptly by the staff. The other day this was ignored by the staff member named Jayden. Jayden clearly wasn't paying much attention and or didn't care to even try to tape the rear wiper on my 4Runner. After exiting the wash I noticed it was cracked. I went in to ask Jayden if he remembered to put on the tape since clearly the machines are strong enough to crack it the one time I went through without it. He immediately became defense and very rudely said "nah I put it on" when I asked if he was sure he became angry an

I had a great experience overall at the car wash. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I also really appreciated the high-pressure vacuum and the unlimited dry towels — both made the process smooth and efficient. I went with the Gold wash, and while most of the car was cleaned well, I was a bit disappointed that all four rims didn’t come out as clean as I’d hoped. Maybe that’s a limitation of the Gold package — I’ll try the Platinum wash next time and see if it does a better job on the rims. Still, a solid experience and I’ll definitely be back!
